PORRIDGES (FARINETES)

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr of flour.

  • 1 garlic bulb.

  • Saffron.

  • Salt.

  • Oil.

  • Water.

Making:

In mortar bowl grind the garlic and place it in a pot with water and bring to a boil. When it comes to boil, add the saffron, the salt and the oil. In a hot pan, fry the flour on a low heat until red brown. Slowly drizzle in broth from the pot to the pan until thicken. Serve piping hot.
