Porrat de la Sang in Tavernes
The Porrat de la Sang, also known as the Porrat de la Sang, is one of the most unique popular traditions in Tavernes de la Valldigna. It takes place on the second Wednesday of July at Clot de la Font, a much-loved natural area in the Valldigna valley.
The event combines a traditional fair, local products, sweets, crafts, neighbourhood gatherings and activities. More than just a festive market, the porrat keeps alive a traditional Valencian way of gathering on a special date.
